Registration is required to attend MFPS XLII and/or SSTT 2026:
- Before 25 May 2026, fill out the registration form to record your intent to attend.
- We will confirm your registration by email and notify you when payment becomes available.
Book your accommodation early: Ljubljana fills up in June. See local information for details.
Fees
- MFPS XLII (June 1–3): €200 regular · €100 student
- SSTT 2026 (June 4–5): €30
Conference fees include coffee breaks. Meals are not included.
Registration Payment
Payment is not yet open: the University of Ljubljana is still setting up the payment system. Once it is ready we will email instructions to everyone who has registered. Please pay before the meetings begin on 1 June 2026.
Conference dinner (optional)
- MFPS dinner – Tuesday, 2 June 2026 – €55
- SSTT dinner – Thursday, 4 June 2026 – €50 (provisional price)
Both dinners will offer non-vegetarian, vegetarian and vegan options. Some drinks will be included, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. You will pay for the dinner directly at the restaurant and get a receipt there.
Accompanying persons may join at the same per-person price; indicate this on the registration form.
Visa
If you need a visa to enter Slovenia, please contact Andrej Bauer for an invitation letter. Explain who you are, what your academic affiliation is, and which embassy or consulate you will contact to get the visa.
