The SSTT conference dinner is at Restavracija Breg, Breg 20, Ljubljana (map), on Thursday, 4 June 2026 at 19:00. The restaurant is in the city centre, about 1.3 km / 15 min on foot from the SSTT venue (walking route).
Menu
Each diner selected one of the four-course menus below in advance.
- Meat menu (€49) — Starter: beef tongue on šavor with pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seeds. Warm starter: ravioli with goat cottage cheese, tarragon sauce and green apple. Main: beef cheek with mashed potatoes, carrots and wine sauce. Dessert: homemade dessert.
- Fish menu (€49) — Starter: burrata with beetroot molasses, almonds and radicchio. Warm starter: ravioli with goat cottage cheese, tarragon sauce and green apple. Main: sea bass fillet with polenta, Brussels sprouts and horseradish. Dessert: homemade dessert.
- Vegetarian menu (€49) — Starter: burrata with beetroot molasses, almonds and radicchio. Warm starter: ravioli with goat cottage cheese, tarragon sauce and green apple. Main: homemade gnocchi with zucchini. Dessert: homemade dessert.
- Vegan menu (€45) — Starter: marinated zucchini with sunflower seeds, mint and shallots. Warm starter: daily vegetable soup. Main: cabbage heart steak with parsnip and vegetable jus. Dessert: chef’s selection of fruits.
Payment
€49 per person (€45 for the vegan menu), payable at the restaurant. Drinks are not included.
